Waar halen we het toch vandaan?
Zonder onderzoek is vernieuwing en innovatie een kunstje.
Aangeleerde trucjes werken na verloop van tijd niet meer.
De sleutel tot succes zit in flexibiliteit, maar hoe doe je dat?

Zeer zeker niet door ‘meer handjes aan het bed’ dat is dé doodsteek voor elke organisatie, het moet anders…

Laat het denken en werken in rigide systemen als afdelingen en functies los, organiseer logisch en integraal.

Without research, innovation is a knack. Taught knacks will not work in the long run, i.e. all things change but the knack.

The key to success is flexibility, but how do we get flexibility?
Sertainly not by puting more people to the execution of work, this will kill any firm or institution… It has to be done different…

Let go of the idea of the rigid system consiting of departments and functions, organize integrally in a logical way.
